Established in 1999, our principles are simple: a family recipe, lots of know how and fresh ingredients to bring you a traditionally handmade pasty.
We’re a family-run pasty producer, retailer and supplier. We make pasties in our bakery in Pool, Cornwall (head office). Our ingredients are simple: vegetables, meat, margarine, flour, water, seasoning. Our salads and sandwiches are made in our kitchen in Scorrier. The Cornish Oven shops are conveniently located with plenty of parking and open everyday. They sell our sandwiches, salads, pasties, cakes and organic coffee and tea. Our coffee is freshly ground for every cup and professionally made by our barista trained staff.
At The Cornish Oven we believe our family of staff create the magic behind our pasties. There’s no secret ingredient in our food but with great products and great staff, we have the perfect recipe to offer our customers what they are looking for.
