Directions:
Begin by crushing 36 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs, using a food processor(The “Big Mouth” food processor has lasted our family for years! –Stacey) if you have one. (You can also place them in a large ziplock bag and crush them with a rolling pin.)
Transfer 2/3 of the Oreo crumbs to a large bowland blend withthe melted butter and cookie crumbs.
Once you have a wet mixture, press the cookie crust into a lined 9×9 casserole dish. Set in the refrigerator as you prepare the pudding.
Prepare the white chocolate pudding by combining the milk and instant pudding powder. Whisk for 4 minutes until the pudding starts to thicken.
Melt the Cookies & Cream chocolate in the microwave for 20 seconds, then stir. (Reheat if not completely melted the first time.)
Remove the chocolate crust from the fridge and drizzle the white chocolate over the crust.
Spread the pudding mixture over the crust and then top with remaining Oreo crumbs.Place in fridge to set for 5 minutes as you prepare the cream cheese layer.
Mix the cream cheese with a mixer until light and fluffy. Add in 2 Tablespoons of milk, and sugar, and mix well. Stir in 1 and 1/4 cups Cool Whip. Spread this mixture over the second chocolate crumb layer and then sprinkle any remaining white chocolate plus the mini chocolate chips over top.
Refrigerate for at least 2-4 hours before serving.
