Dried shrimps (100g) by Jeeny's

Dried Shrimps have lots of concentrated shrimp flavour. They need to be soaked in hot water for 15-30 minutes before using. This will dehydrate the dried shrimps and reduce any saltiness. Popular in many dishes like Pad Thai Noodles.

These shrimp are great in curries, salads and soups.
