5. Ritual Beast

[Top 5] Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links Best F2P Decks (1)

Love a good fusion deck? Well, Ritual Beast excels at that and requires no money to build!

Ritual Beast is a low-cost deck that primarily uses cards from the Spirit of the Beast box; all the cards can be found in the main or mini boxes. It’s a fusion deck that doesn’t use polymerisation and instead lets you special summon by banishing monsters you control. Each fusion monster requires 1 ritual beast tamer and 1 spiritual beast, making them simple to special summon. During either player’s turn, you can return a fusion monster to the extra deck and special summon 2 banished monsters in defence position. This gives you a way to counter effects that target your monsters - all you have to do is make them leave the field.

What is great about this deck:

All the cards come from boxes - no cards are from structure decks or only ticket-exchangeable, making it easy to find the cards.

Most of the cards come from the same box - this makes purchasing packs easier and less expensive because you can buy most of them from one box.

You can easily summon fusion monsters - no polymerisation is required and only 2 monsters are required, which makes meeting summoning requirements much simpler and less luck-based.

For those plant-lovers out there, Aromage is the deck for you

Aromage is a plant-based synchro deck that relies on your LP being higher than your opponent’s. The other cards are mostly from the Fortress of Gears box, and only Solemn Scolding requires a ranked SR ticket for a duplicate (you can get one copy from a level-up reward). Aromage is a fantastic deck full of LP boosts, ATK boosts, and special summons that make synchro summoning easier.

What is great about this deck:

It’s very cheap - most of the cards are from the Card Trader or tickets. You don’t have to spend a lot of gems on packs to build the deck, nor do you have to rely on luck.

It’s packed with monster effects that have low activation requirements - your LP just needs to be higher than your opponent’s. The deck contains numerous effects that increase your LP, so meeting the requirement is simple.

What is great about this deck:

Most of the cards originate from boxes - this makes obtaining them easy.

Most of the cards come from one box - this makes building the deck easier and cheaper since you can focus mainly on one box.
