Asked for Male, 31 Years
Can figs make you fatty I heard that soaked figs and having them first in the morning can make you get rid of constipation . I tried it once before as well worked very well but the question is that I am a overweight guy and currently on a weight loss journey little worried because it is sugary so want to know having it soaked can cause any gain or it is normal.

Figs loaded with Fibre and protein it will keep you fuller for longer time. If you are eating dried figs, soak for overnight as it makes easier for digestion and most nutrients are absorbed.

If it help you to get rid of constipation then continue. You don't gain weight if you eat 1 or 2 fig daily. But balance it with other calories intake food and exercise to burn that extra calorie.

Figs or Anjeer provide many nutrients that may benefit for your health.Figs contain no fat,no cholesterol, very low sodium and a balanced amount of fibre ,carbohydrates and sugar. Soaked figs are easy to digest, and the nutrients they contain more absorbable. So,we can safely say that fig is an ideal option if you want to eat something tasty while following a weight loss routine.
