Buy these only IF you like cauliflower of course. There’s no hiding that these are

not potato hash browns. But with that said, air fry these for a good crispy outside and they are great! I put them in burritos or eat them alone for breakfast. Definitely a great, healthy alternative to greasy hash browns.

These definitely taste healthier than your average oily/buttery hash browns, but not in a bad

way. Really nice actually when you want some breakfast-y carbs but don’t wanna feel weighed down by it. Had it with some sautéed kale, roasted tomatoes and eggplants, and baked beans for brunch earlier and it really completed the dish and gave me good fuel for the rest of the day.
