Ramen is a very popular noodle soup and is easily available in Japan. Ichiban Ramen main philosophy was to introduce authentic Japanese ramen with chicken based soup so that all races in Malaysia get to savour Japanese ramen.

Ichiban Ramen was established in December 13, 2002 and his 1st outlet was on the 4th Floor arena in KLCC serving only basic menu such as ramen, fried rice and gyoza. Ichiban Ramen has expanded quickly and has opened more outlets in shopping malls to offer more choices of Japanese cuisines and ramen with different soup taste specially adjusted to local taste buds. We sourcedfrom Japanese noodle specialist to custom made the noodles, udon and soba using high quality materials to maintain the quality taste.

Ichiban Ramen is a fast efficient service concept restaurant serving food moderately pricedto cater for daily casual dining and weekend casual family dining in a cosy delightful ambiance
environment.

Ichiban Ramen is constantly redefining recipes for dishes. We strictly maintain the same cookingstandards in all our other kitchens Ramen outlets.
