These noodles remind me of home! I’m originally from California where it’s fairly easy to find all types of Asian food, but now that I live in Wisconsin, I’m realizing that those days are over. So I was pretty psyched when these noodles popped up on the Amazon goldbox deal a week ago. They are really spicy and go great with napa cabbage, bean sprouts, and any other veggies you want. I tried them with egg earlier tonight after reading one of the other reviews on amazon, and it was amazing! Highly recommended for people who love spicy food, but also recommended for those (like me) who don’t… just add half the seasoning packet!

This Ramen is the best Ramen in the world. It is very spicy and has great flavor. It is so much better than the $.10 Ramen you find in your avg. grocery store. Authentic Korean ramen. Add some egg to it, and you’ll be in Ramen Heaven. So so good.

I have been all over Asia (Japan, China, Korea, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, etc, etc) and I consider myself to be something of a noodle connoisseur. The texture of this product is very close to what you will find in your average hawker stand all the way to everything but the finest noodle specialty shops. As others have already said, these are much better than the super cheap varieties that you purchase by the dozen at the local grocer. The difference is most noticible in the chewy yet supple texture of the Nongshim product, but the spice/broth packet also sets these apart.

As a Korean native I’ve had many different kinds of ramyun because it is a big part of our culture. Shin ramyun is by far THE BEST spicy ramyun on the market and most Koreans I know agrees with me. If you’re not good with spicy food then I would not recommend this ramyun because you will be sweating like pig! If you love spicy food and if you love ramyun then this your best bet. Won’t regret it!

Yummy Ramyun noodles if you like nearly the real thing.I mix it with good high quality hot sauces of all types at different times and use an egg or some sort of meat or cheese and it’s always good. Sometimes I throw in a little tofu and or seaweed for extra texture. May sound weird but old fashioned large curd American cottage cheese is good too!

I’m a white guy that doesn’t know anything about Asian noodles but these are the best I’ve had. The noodles aren’t mushy like the standard ramen I’ve eaten. The texture is chewy and the broth is quite spicy with a good beef flavor.
I normally add hot sauce to my cheap American noodles but it’s not necessary with this product. It is already spicy and delicious.
Slowly pouring a whipped egg into the pot at the end makes it creamy and even more delicious. You have to whip the egg very good and pour it in slowly while kicking so you don’t get chunks of egg. If you do this it becomes sort of like a creamy eggdrop broth that combines with the spice and noodles. It really is a treat.

Best ramen hands down for my taste buds. Spicy enough, even better with some added red pepper flakes, and a great flavor on top of the spiciness.

I would rank the spiciness medium-hot, speaking as someone who use Shriacha for almost every meal. I was quite sad when I ran out of the noodles, but I would for sure order them again.
